Lists
The choices in the CRM's drop-downs, in the order they show. Renaming a choice changes it everywhere, including on accounts, contacts, and touches that already have it. A switched-off choice leaves the drop-downs but stays on whatever already has it. Locked choices can be renamed but not switched off, because the CRM's rules depend on them. A new touch type takes the next color not in use. A tier's badge on the accounts shows the text before the colon in its name, so "A: active hiring signals" shows A; a new account starts on the first tier switched on, so the order sets the default.
Cities and route days
The day each city is driven, for the Routes tab, the Today list, and the morning email. An account can have its own day instead (Edit on the account, Route day). Renaming a city renames it on every account that has it. A switched-off city leaves the drop-downs but stays on accounts that have it.
